After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within one minute, detailing the items ordered and your shipping information. Please carefully check the details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.). If there is any mistake, please contact us immediately.
If you do not receive the confirmation email after three minutes, please check your spam folder and verify whether your payment was successful.

Production Time

Ready-made items:
• Shipped within 1–2 business days
• Subject to inventory availability

Customized stamps:
• Wax seal stamps, embossers, and rubber stamps: 2–3 business days
• Time may vary depending on the complexity of the design

Shipping Fee

All items currently enjoy free shipping, and the shipping method will be determined by Sealloom until a new shipping policy is announced.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is determined by the logistics carrier and typically takes 5–15 business days.

Duty Tax

Sealloom is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping or handling costs of your order. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, any customs/duty/tax charges, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
